Led by Grazia Lucia Politi, we will participate in a cocktail tasting, followed by an intentions & mindfulness workshop, closing in a meditation session, integrating sound and olfactory stimuli.
We will be offering a set tasting menu chock-a-block full of adaptogens, including immune-boosting and wellness-focused properties like Reishi (quells anxiety, restful sleep), Maca (immune boosting, mood enhancer, plus LOTS of vitamin C plus essential minerals), and Lion’s Mane (brain health superfood, great for increased focus and mental clarity, mood-boosting).
