We gave you our part-enthusiastic part-maudlin thoughts on reaching one year of ABRICOT in our last newsletter. Now it’s time to party! 🎉🎉🎉🍑🍑🍑

Tonight, we’re calling the (free) shots, popping the popcorn 🍿 (as a throwback to our OG favorite Abricot snack), and bringing out the very American rainbow-sprinkled layer cake 🎂 at an undisclosed hour for a rowdy round of Happy Birthday to our brick & mortar baby.

If you’re on this list, you’re one of the Abricot 🍑 community who helped us get this far. So please celebrate with us! We’re open until 2am tonight, and serving up a few of our GREATEST HITS from the year behind us. You asked for them :

• LAC TITICACA : if you don’t know it by name, you’ll remember it as your favorite pisco sour from IZZY’S days… a turmeric, green chili, pineapple 🍍 moment that stained your clothes and carpet, and left you saying ‘its worth it.’.

• GREEN GODDESS : Liquid Gin Salad. And somehow you loved it. Nuff said. 🥗

• PB & J : Our clear IG winner. Peanut-washed bourbon. 🥜 Fermented strawberry. 🍓 Petit pb&j sandwich on the side.
