Whether you’re a local Parisienne, or from some thousands of kilometers away, celebrating Halloween in Paris can be difficult to achieve! Finding the right balance of authentic spookiness while fulfilling that childhood-like excitement of costumes, candy, and decor, at Abricot this year we’ve made it our mission to get everyone who walks through the door into the festive spirit. A sneak preview of our Fall menu is now available! (and the reviews are in. ;)) Our Abricot-style Apple Old-Fashioned, made with bourbon & calvados (house-carmelized apple and cinnamon-infused), with a touch of maple and orange, and finished with angostura bitters is a smooth and charming hit.
Whisky Live 2024: 20 Years of Whisky Live Paris!
Jen and the team had a chance to visit Whisky Live Paris this past Monday for their special 20th-anniversary convention! The world-famous whisky event gathers whisky lovers from around the world to descend on Paris with their best alcohol to offer. The event has expanded to include rums, tequilas, and other liquors, as well as incorporating our local cocktail culture.
You were most likely to run into us on “Cocktail Street” where we got a chance to see some industry friends whipping up creations for some big and little brands. It’s always nice for the team to connect and scout at events like this. Not only is it a great opportunity to see what’s new, but we also get to brainstorm and bond over how to bring this worldly, collaborative atmosphere to Abricot! 🧡
